Are DERMA-E products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all DERMA-E products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal by-products, and we never test our formulas or ingredients on animals.
What does 'Clean Beauty' mean at DERMA-E?
Our 'Refuse to Use' list includes over 2,700 ingredients that are prohibited in our formulations, such as parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde donors, sulfates, mineral oil, artificial colors, and soy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skincare. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Are your containers recyclable?
Sustainability is core to our mission. Most of our packaging is recyclable, and we use wind power offsets to reduce our environmental footprint. Please check the recycling symbol on each specific product component.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring eco-ethical skincare to more countries in the near future.
